Shipping Information
Pre-Sale Items
If your order contains pre-sale items, your order will not be shipped until the pre-sale items are in stock. We're sorry that we do not support split shipment at the moment.
Monogramming Items
Please add 4 additional business days to your shipping time when you have requested for a monogramming service.
Customs and Import Duties
A refund will be processed within 3-5 working days upon receiving your receipt.
Duties & Taxes
You won't be charged any additional import fees after placing your order.
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time we receive them. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after shipment. Please allow additional processing time during holidays, and note that remote areas may require longer shipping times.
Shipping Protection
You may choose to add shipping protection at checkout; this fee is non-refundable. Please refer to the following guidelines:
- Lost Packages: Claims for packages lost in transit must be filed within 7 to 28 days after the last shipping update.
- Stolen Packages: Claims for packages marked as delivered must be filed within 5 to 28 days after the order is marked as delivered.
- Damaged Packages: Claims must include photos of the damaged package and items, and must be submitted no later than 21 days after the order is marked as delivered.
Order Tracking
To easily check the status of your order, we provide tracking number and tracking links via email or message. Alternatively, you can log into your account to track your order directly. Enter your tracking number, and select the correct carrier to view your shipping progress.

Multiple Item Orders
In some cases, your order may contain multiple items. To expedite delivery, We may ship from multiple distribution centers. You may receive multiple packages, but rest assured, there will be no additional shipping charges. While you may see more than one shipping charge on your credit card statement, the total will not exceed the shipping amount calculated on your receipt.
